Bethlehem - Shepherd’s Cave Tour

Bethlehem is a short distance from Jerusalem and the town where Jesus Christ was born. Because there was no room in the inn, it is possible that Mary and Joseph sought refuge in the local caves among the shepherds.

Sheep were herded at night into caves like this and provided warmth to those who made their home there.
